Thank you for shopping with Aroma Rosso. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. Because our offerings include food and beverage items, we follow a specialized return policy to ensure quality and safety for all customers.
30-Day Return Policy (Limited to Non-Food Items)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for non-food items, such as accessories or merchandise.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Coffee, Hot Chocolate & Other Food Products — Non-Returnable
Because our coffee and hot chocolate mixes are consumable, shelf-stable food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Coffee beans (whole or ground)

E.S.E. pods or capsules

Hot chocolate (powders, mixes, or individual portions)

Any other edible or ingestible items
This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right — see below.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on coffee, hot chocolate, or any other consumable products.
For eligible non-food items, the fastest way to exchange is to start a return, and once approved, place a new order.
European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
This applies only to non-food items, as edible goods are exempt from the cooling-off period.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once a return (for eligible non-food items) is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank/credit card processing times may vary.
